Refund Policy
All items including pure, raw materials and blended products from The Healing Muse™ are prepared by hand, according to order. All packaged products are labeled with ‘month made’ and ‘best use by date’. If a prepared, blended product does not meet your expectations, you may return it in the same month of purchase if dissatisfied, for a full refund. Receipt is required.
We do not provide refunds for products that have been purchased more than 1 month after the date of production or products that have been used more than 25% by volume. There are no refunds for pure essential oils, pure essential oil blends, or pure massage oils that have been opened.

All essential oil products sold by The Healing Muse™ are certified 100% pure and natural. The Healing Muse™ does not give, or declare to give, any medical advice and is not qualified to do so. Our liability is limited to the cost of goods ordered only.
