I love food.
It is one of the greatest joys in life. It often consumes so much of our day. And, we consume it - literally. We need oxygen, water and food to survive. It is not negotiable. What is in our power is our ability to choose the type of foods, the type of nutrients and nourishment we ingest today, to make us who we become tomorrow.
Eat well, nourish your body, mind and heart and thrive. That's necessary to go beyond just merely surviving.

In this series of seasonal workshops, we explore the source of food, its power, its density, its vibration, and its essence at different times of year.
Pair this up naturally with our body’s rhythm and our body’s needs to eat and live in harmony. With this awareness in nourishment choices we gain maximum strength, focus, growth and much needed rest throughout the year.
