Soothing Tea Bath Recipe

How to Prepare a Tea Bath:

Start by brewing a strong cup of tea on the stove. Simmer one tablespoon of herbal tea in 2 cups of water on the stovetop for 8-10 minutes. Safely strain the tea water.

(This is a decoction: simmered teas that are perfect for extracting the properties of hard roots, dried berries, barks, and seeds. They are much stronger in flavour than herbal infusions and also more concentrated)

Our favourite tea to use for Tea Baths is Nirvana, an organic Lemongrass Chamomile blend from Misty Mountain Tea located in Toronto, Ontario. It's refreshing and light with hints of lemon, apple, and chamomile.
