Gaia Love Sacred Drumming Beats & Flow

We are hosting our Gaia Love Sacred Drumming Circle this August! Gaia is the Earth Goddess, the Mother of Life. Sacred drumming is an ancient aboriginal musical form. The First Nations of America, as well as many tribes around the world celebrate and recognize the beat as the symbol Mother Earth’s heartbeat. Lisa Jansen of Inner Beauty Inner Peace and Monika Meulman of The Healing Muse, will be leading in our Sacred Drumming Circle, welcome to all. Please bring a drum or shaker if you have one. Ontario Nature Silent Auction

Ontario Nature is a charity that has been protecting wild species and wild spaces through education, conservation and public engagement since 1931. Their 90th annual gathering will be held virtually, with a virtual silent auction! There you will find a wonderful variety of nature inspired items that will be available for you to bid on starting June 4th through to June 14th. Body Zen Series

Each month we discuss one of the seven chakras and relate it to Mudras, Poses, Body Movement, a Zen Mind, and much more in our Body Zen Series.. Our next meet up is Monday, August 9th where we'll be exploring the 7th Chakra - the Crown Chakra. We'll also be integrating all the energies of the previous chakras, putting everything we've learned together.
Beginner's Guide to Balcony Gardening

This is a FREE event being put on by Stonegate Community Health Centre. Wednesday, June 9th10:00 - 11:00 a.m. on ZOOM I will be teaching a beginners guide to balcony gardening! If you live in an apartment or a space with no place to have a full garden, I'll be teaching how you can grow strong healthy plants on your balcony!There's no balcony too small or too dark.
