The Body Zen Series was designed to help you connect to your body space, your heart space, your mind space, and put them all together with the help of the spirit space.
All four spaces should be working together in harmony like a wonderful team or family. All of these aspects of ourselves really are like a family, and should be treated as one.
How well do you use your mind space, your body space, your heart space, and your spirit space? Sometimes we do really well at nourishing one space and we neglect the others...
In this Body Zen Series we will help guide you in your journey to raising awareness so that you can embrace a greater harmony within all of these levels together. “

Will the live sessions be recorded?
All of the live sessions will be recorded and uploaded for you to review and view as many times as you wish. -
Can I go at my own pace?
Yes, you can take your time to process the material and review and explore it as quickly or slowly as you feel suits you best. I will offer weekly exercises that will be sent out so that you can progress regularly and consistently if you wish. But you may also do a few modules all at once as time allows in your life. You may take 1-2 hours or 10+ hours to explore each monthly theme and our reference material. -
What's included?
Weekly Exercises [Optional], 10-15 minute modules to read, answer, explore and learn. These exercises complement our biweekly live talks & the Monthly Theme.
