Invitation to Join the Community Compassion Project by NexGenHealth Foundation and the Healing Muse
Power of Your Words in Water. Do this experiment #Dremoto
The Medicine of Frequencies. What did Einstein mean? | Dr. Mitchell Abrams | TEDxTrinityBellwoods
We’re reaching out to invite you to become a valued partner in an inspiring new initiative: the Community Compassion Project
launched by NexGenHealth Foundation and the Healing Muse
water
💧 Water holds information and responds to its environment.
This project draws from compelling research—most notably the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto – demonstrating how our thoughts, words, and intentions can impact the environment around us, even as delicately as water molecules. Inspired by this idea, we are expanding on a powerful concept:
placing intention-infused plants throughout the community as a visual and energetic symbol of compassion.
Inspired by:
Dr. Masaru Emoto’s experiments on water crystals, which showed that water exposed to positive words formed beautiful, symmetrical crystals, while water exposed to negative words formed distorted, fragmented ones

Heart
💞 Heart Coherence Matters
“The future of medicine is the medicine of frequencies.” — Albert Einstein
Everything is energy—our thoughts, emotions, and intentions emit frequencies that influence not only our personal well-being but also the collective environment we share.
Our hearts play a pivotal role in processing emotions. When we experience positive feelings like love and gratitude, our heart rhythms become more coherent, leading to improved mental clarity and emotional stability.
The HeartMath Institute describes heart coherence as a state where the heart, mind, and emotions are in energetic alignment and cooperation. This state enhances resilience, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. Psychology Today
Community
🌏 The Power of Compassion: Local is Global
Research from Stanford University’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education highlights the concept of a “collective field of compassion,” emphasizing how our shared emotional states can impact societal health and resilience.
A study published in Journal of American Medical Association found that patients who received a brief, compassionate preoperative visit from an anesthetist required up to 50% less post operative pain medication and experienced shorter hospital stays compared to those who did not receive such a visit . JAMA Network
Project Objective:
To explore and demonstrate the influence of positive and negative words on living organisms, specifically flowers, and to promote community awareness about the power of thoughts and intentions.
PROJECT DESIGN BY:
Monika Meulman, HonBSc, Intuitive Life Guide & Wellness Educator.

🌍 Collective Impact: Local is Global
In the 1980s, Harvard psychologist Dr. Charles Alexander and colleagues conducted a project in the Middle East where groups meditating and cultivating coherence with intention resulted in significant decreases in war related fatalities (71%) war related injuries (64%) overall conflict (48%) and increased cooperation between antagonists by (66%).
Repeated 9 times over 2 years, the peer reviewed results were published in Yale’s reputable Journal of Conflict Resolution.
Advances in heart research.
While the studies faced initial skepticism, recent advancements in heart coherence and physics, including the 2022 Nobel Prize-winning research on quantum entanglement, invite us to reconsider the interconnectedness of our actions and their broader implications and the power we each have to claim inner agency while supporting the wellbeing of our communities.

It’s easy and meaningful.
It brings positive attention to your business.
You contribute to a growing movement dedicated to healing and kindness.
You align with the work of Dr. Mitch Abrams, a certified ambassador of applied compassion through Stanford’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE), and Monika Meulman, a dedicated NexGenHealth ambassador helping spread awareness and maximize social impact in support of mental health of community wellbeing.

Become a Compassion Hub!
As a host location, your business will be recognized on our social media platforms and website, and featured in our Compassion Map —a community-wide visualization of where compassionate energy is being cultivated.
